Legacy Programs
Mission 1:27’s Legacy Programs are for active senior adults. These fun-filled and informative programs provide social, educational and cultural activities and outings for senior adults 55 and up in select Walton communities.
With longer life expectancies and increasing diversity, older adults are reinventing aging and changing the perception of their demographic. Mission 1:27 seeks to serve this special population in a variety of unique and personal ways by providing opportunities for fun and continued learning with a goal to engage residents, help them establish connections in their community, equip them to serve others and empower them to get involved. This active and vibrant group of seasoned adults spend time doing what they love with neighbors and friends.
Activities include themed social activities and parties, monthly birthday celebrations, health and wellness programs, informational and educational programs, day trips, cultural activities and more.
